WPT/Party Poker Invalid pot size/winnings

Postby kebaird89 » Wed Sep 19, 2012 8:41 pm

02:27:06 am: Error: PartyGaming: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #12124851208 (calculated pot: $14.00; reported winnings: $0.00) (Hand #12124851208)

02:25:02 am: Error: PartyGaming: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #12124851024 (calculated pot: $20.30; reported winnings: $0.00) (Hand #12124851024)

02:16:03 am: Error: PartyGaming: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #12124830679 (raked pot: $9.50; total winnings: $0.00) (Hand #12124830679)

And around 200 more errors. It seems to be more frequent in my larger pots. My graph looks hideous now as all my big winning pots are not recorded.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I suspect that these are errors in the hand history files - we're seeing errors in some cases such as separate lines combined into one, which means they can't be parsed correctly.
If you attach one of these hand history files to a Support Ticket we'll check it out for you.

If it's due to the hand being written improperly there isn't a fix at this time, but I'm told that the software will be updated soon to fix at least some of these issues.
