You had this problem happen on 20 of your hands out of 5000+ per day - so one hand in 250 at your site playing your stakes in your game in your fashion. If you'll send us those hands (heck, send us all 5000 if you want, and we'll search for the problems through them all) - we can then pin down what is causing it.
Right now we don't have anywhere near enough information to act on your report - as much as we'd like to. We need to know exactly what site (we support over a dozen sites) and exactly what stakes (in the past there have been issues related to stake differences) and most importantly without the exact hand we can't test to figure out where the actual problem lies. The PokerTracker code is extremely complex - there isn't one line we can just look at and go "oh, clearly there is an error here!" - we need an example so that we can look at what it should be returning and what it actually does return and step it through the appropriate functions slowly in order to figure out exactly where the wrong result is coming out. Then and only then can we fix it.
We take issues like this very seriously and if we can get any verified examples of these kinds of problems we will fix it. We have historically fixed many bugs of this kind when other users like yourself have been willing to work with us to get us the examples we need in order to figure out what is the cause. Just get us a session and we'll figure it out. However, if you aren't willing to work with us and you are going to continue to be abusive we aren't going to be able to help you.
