Few problems after first time install

Hey guys, really liking the software so far, but i am having a few issues I need sorted out.

I used to have HEM2, had over 40k hands recorded over the last 3 weeks or so. The first issue is when I auto uploaded all my hands into PT, only 841 are on. When I try to manually upload them, no files show up in my Pokerstars hand history folder for me to click on. But on Stars, I have save hand history's checked and everything. It's almost like when I switched over, all but 841 of my hands were deleted? Is that possible? All I was having with HEM was problems so it wouldn't suprise me, but it would also really suck.

I did a 10 hand test on Stars and they were uploaded onto PT in no time, so it's set up properly I think, I just don't know where all my history went.

2nd thing is, on HEM there was a seating preferences tab you had to set up, or else your stats could be way off. It appears PT doesn't have one? Am I good to go without having to worry about it saving my hands properly?

If you're just starting out with PokerTracker you should go straight to PT4 if you haven't already (this is the PT3 section).

When you first run PT4 the Setup Assistant should offer to convert your HM databases to PT4, or you can trigger it manually via the menu Tools > Setup Assistant.
To import the hand history files instead you should find them in a folder like C:\HMArchive.

To configure preferred seating in PT4 go to Configure > Sites & Import Options.
