Error when trying to download 3.14.5

This is what I get when I try to download the latest version of PT3 (3.14.15). Also my Norton Internet Security starts analyzing and says this downloadable file is unsafe and has "been stopped."

You will need to direct Norton to allow this access. 3.14.5 downloaded from our website is completely safe.
