PT3 Auto-Rate Doesn't Work

Hi

When I try to auto-rate the players in my database, the analysis seems to be carried out fine, but no players icons actually change.

It's not a minimum hands required or a specific rules problem, as I have checked those issues, and there are many players in my database whose icon SHOULD be changed when running the auto-rating. But they remain untouched by the rating. What might the problem be?

There are no known issues with that functionality to my knowledge. Are you using one database or multiple databases? The icons will only change in the active database so if you're using multiples that might be causing some of the trouble.

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem - include screenshots of the auto rate window showing the changes.
