import not working with full tilt

Hi all,

thought I'd post this on the forum, though I also contacted customer support. Importing hands to 4.09.1 is not working with my EU version of full tilt. I always get the error: Warning: Unrecognized file format: FT20130705 Beep (New to the Game) - NL Hold'em - $0.01-$0.02.txt.

I also tried some other tracking software and got similar errors.

Anyone else having such problems?

Ah, the program suddenly started working when I moved to a new table. Looks like the first file was corrupt (maybe because I turned on history logging while already at the table)...

That's entirely possible. Let us know if you see this again with any other files.
