Problem with pt3

Hello
I have a problem with pt3.I have bought it 2 years before and 2 years now I didn't used to open it...
Yesterday I clicked this to open and shows this message "A monitor program has been found running in your system.Please,unload it from memory and restart your program" I saw at the processes but I din't saw nothing strange...
I would like to help me please!

(I have restarted the PC.
Also I have uninstalled and installed again pt3.)

Do you have any debuggers or decompilers or similar programs installed? They're the only sorts of things that I'm aware of that cause that message. If we detect any of those sorts of programs running we will not load PT3 in order to protect ourselves from potential piracy.

I downloaded debuggers for windows 7 and I installed this.I tried again to open pt3 but it didn't open...(I restarted the PC first)
Do I have to do something else to work this debuggers ?

You will need to make sure your debugger does not load when Windows starts up, reboot your machine and then not run the debugger until after you are finished using PT3. PT3 will not start up if a debugger has been loaded into memory at any time since the last reboot.

I have the same problem again!It opened for some time and when I clicked to begin auto import it began but the same message as first showed again!
Also I restarted the PC and I opened again Pt3 and it was shown a window with postgreSQL and said something about localhost,to create or to open something!
Now it shows me the first message again!
What's happening?

How cain I know if debugger does not load when Windows starts up??
The first time I installed debugger and I restarted the PC and when I opened Pt3 it opened.I didn't do nothing more!
Now I don't know how to do all these things and what are all these...
