Hands Are Not Recording:

Hey, I just got PT4 for michro stakes cash games, and PT4 is not keeping all hands played life time recorded on Merge network. Am I missing an installment?

Please note that this is the PT3 section of the forum - please post PT4 issues in the PT4 section.

Your own stats are always shown for the current table session (or tournament) only in the Hud, so that you can see your current table image. Your opponents' stats are lifetime.
However, "lifetime" only means hands that are in your own database, so if you've only just started using PT4 then you won't have much data on your opponents yet - it will build up pretty quickly as you play, though.
