Table Tracker gives erroneous results

I have tabletracker in Pokertracker 3. It worked fine until yesterday but now it gives funny results.


Tables that im searching are 9 player tables with a very low limit.

I get about 40 table results back but it shows that every table has 5/9 players in them. Every table. The stack size for players changes from 3 dollars to 1.8 million, one guy has now 9 million according to this on a low limit nl table, so its not a real result.

Player names are not real either and they are like this: 36, 227, 156, 804, 310 and so on. Of the 5 people in the table, it shows in every table, 3 fake names and 2 real names. Every table. The numbered names are not real since they don't exist in the poker game itself.


I will tell what poker network I am trying to scan and what I have problems with, it is 888. If I choose another site, for example Ipoker, it receives all information normally. Real player names, tables are with 8 players or full, stack sizes normal, not hundreds of thousands.


I was thinking that I might have to reinstall pokertracker and that the problem is on my end but since I tried to scan Ipoker networks too, and since they show normal results, im thinking if 888 poker has blocked the scanning ability or if something similar has happened?

It does seem like there might be a problem with 888 scanning. Please create a support ticket and we'll make sure you're notified when a fix is available.

I would like to say that I just tested to scan 888 tables and now it works. It didnt a few hours earlier. I was just a little concerned that the problem might have been in my pokertracker but gladly it wasnt and everything is ok now.
