My HUD will not open any more I've bought PT4 and have been using it over a month. Just today I opened it and nothing happened. When I tried again it said that it was unable to open as there was already a version running. If it matters, I use a PC. Can't figure out what's going on, any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Did you change any settings? Did you start Getting Hands While Playing before you started playing?

I was using it without any problems for over a month. I did not change any settings on my computer or on PT4. I did start getting hands before I started playing once. If I remember correctly I was playing an MTT, busted, and then loaded up another one 10 minutes later. I don't think I stopped getting hands from the previous MTT. Could the problem be caused from this?

That won't matter. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your logs we'll be in a much better situation to figure out what is going on in this case for you.
