The download link on the webpage itself is a blank page except for the sitemap links at the top. Can download PT3 just fine.

Hmm - I'm seeing that too. I have informed our site administrator so that we can get that sorted out as soon as possible.

In the meantime you can use this link to download the current Windows version or this link for the Mac version.

I believe this is fixed now (at least, it looks good to me).
