Handhistory writing stops when Begin Auto Import is pressed

Postby Pete » Sun Feb 03, 2008 6:10 am

I'm running on Windows Vista and started datamining to import some hands to PT3, but found interesting thing.. When I click "Begin Auto Import" button PT3 imports all handhistories fine, but Party stops to write new handhistories until I stop the Auto Import feature.. Somehow I have feeling that PT3 owns the files so that no other has permission to write to those handhistory files any more? When I stop the Auto Import I see news hands again in those history files...

Thanks

If you are datamining, then I'm assuming you're using a datamining program? If you play at Party, does the same thing happen?

You should contact Idleminer support for this. PT3 does not open the file locked, and other sites, such as Full Tilt and PokerStars have no problems writing to a file that PT3 has open.
