Problem when Running

I download the prgram fine then once it is time to open the porgram from the menu i keep recieving a message saying a Program of pokertracker 3 is already running.... but theres no way it is running i jsut donwloaded and this is first time opening the prgoram

Check your Task Manager to see if there's a PokerTracker.exe running. If there is, kill it.
