Stuck at "Loading..."

In the sessions tab when I sort by "Sessions - By Time" and click a session sometimes (1 out of 6 or 7 times) the hands don't load and I get stuck at "Loading..." (not "Populating"...)

The next time this happens, please send us the PokerTracker.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/index.php?cat_id=34j0]Support system[/url4j0] so that we can troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
