I can't install PostgreSQL, I keep getting

Unable to creat PostgreSQL database: PT# beta DB1. Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running host"localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

What version of PT3 did you download, the one with PostgreSQL, or the one without?

The one with, actually I tried both. The one with out was basically no good. The one with tried to install PostgreSQL, gave me the above error.

During the install of PostgreSQL.

Did PT3 offer to install PostgreSQL for you?
