all Hands on HUD

hey guys, i 8used to have all hands on my villains in the HUD
no is started my session and i only have the hands on them which i played so far today.
whats wrong with that??
how can i fix this??
any quick help is apprecitated, matze

Are you playing cash games or tournaments? What version of PT3 are you using, and what site are you playing at?

i play on stars, MTT and use the version 3.10
it used to worf fine, never really had this issue before

Try updating to our latest beta, available on our download page and see if that helps. Also you may want to make sure the "Show Stats from Current Blind Level Only" checkbox is not checked on the Configure --> Configure Hud --> Hud Options tab.

yeah i have that uncheckt, donloaded the latest update still only the hands from today
its wired cause when i start importing my hands i got instantly imported 89 hands or so in like 5 sec

so i just fugured out if i do all hands for the last 1000 hands i get all, and if i type in 0 for all hands i dohnt get all hands, just the hands for today
maybe thats helpfull

0 should definitely give you lifetime data. Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

Please try rebuilding your cache using Database > Housekeeping (tick Rebuild Cache in addition to the default options).

did rebuild the cache, having still the same issue tho
i get all hands if i type in 2000 hands e.g. but then a window pops up giving me a warning.
the "0" for all hands for some reason just wont work right now
