How do I filter to get all hands that where I was AllIn - either Calling AllIn or Raising AllIn - Preflop?

You will need to combine the calling allin and raising allin filters using "OR". The filters are on the Actions and Facing tabs - see the Tutorial: Filters for information on combining filters.
