You can't build custom stats for that in PT3, but you can filter for that kind of situation.

i not can build filter for situation, Blind vs EP raiser, example... ( this have ONE Holdem manager, but not PT3),

That's correct that filter is not available in PT3 but will be available in PT4. I do not know at this time when we are planning on giving out more beta registration codes.
