poker ace hud customer support

i purchased poker ace hud last night . . . i wanted to purchase it using my visa card but for some reason it made me sign into my pay pal account and use it to by the poker ace hud. apparently i purchased it using my pay pal account which i had 10 doollars in and then it said it took 15 dollars from my bank account. I have checked my pay pal account and it has a zero balance now and it also shows a 15 dollar transaction from my bank account. I still have not received a registration key for poker ace hud.

the email account that is registered to my pay pal is [email removed]

i have also checked my spam folder and it is not in there.

is there any more information i need to provide for you to check my purchase?
