Problem with PA and FTP

Hello,

I just bought a new computer that uses Vista. I installed Poker Tracker 2 and Poker Ace HUD newest version along with Pokerstars and FullTilt poker. I have used these programs before and I believe everything is configured correctly. The stats show up just fine for Pokerstars cash and tournament games - they update frequently and everything works great. For FTP PAH doesn't recognize any tournament tables. It does recognize cash game tables but on those tables recognized no player stats appear - only ave pot size and the other two communal stats are N/A. I have followed the troubleshooting guide and disable the user account and have made sure the hand history folder in the same for PAH and Full Tilt. Any suggestions you could provide would be much appreciated.

First, try enabling flicker free drawing and disabling standard drawing which may resolve the cash game issue. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->Full Tilt

Then enable logging, open FTP, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/8r0]Support system[/url8r0]. We'll get it working properly for you.
