hand imports

I have just purchased software - there seems to be no problem in importing hands when I am observing - but when I start to play, there are no imports - the software doesn't seem to recognise me
Any help greatfully received !

PAH doesn't import hands, so I assume you're using PT3 rather than PAH? (Please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section of the forum.)
Probably at PokerStars?
