stats don't display on PokerStars/FTP...help?

I've read the tutorial and am running PT as the administrator, PT imports hands properly, I have all filters off, I just don't know what to do. On FTP, PAHUD displayed the avg pot size and listed the other two stats as N/A and didn't put any stats over other players. On Stars, PAHUD doesn't even recognize the table I'm running and so doesn't display anything over players. Thoughts on how to get this working?
I'm pretty sure it's not one of the four problems in the FAQ/Tutorial but it still may be.

Are you running Vista? If you are, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation.

I assume that you are importing your hands into PokerTracker while you are playing?

Enable logging, open either Full Tilt or PokerStars, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/0hf]Support system[/url0hf] so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Hey Derek,
I disabled "User account control" and it PAHUD still doesn't display stats on my table. I'm running PAHUD and getting the 30 hands so I can send you the log. Also something I noticed: my pokertracker doesn't record wins from sngs/mtts, just the fee so my roi is -100%...could this be related? Should I post the log here or send it to you?

so good news: i have it displaying stats now, ship it mothafuck!

but i got a message on pt that says "at least one of your tournaments doesn't have the corresponding tournament summary, so your stats may not be complete" so that's what is probably causing me not to have the tournament finishes aka profits/roi being shown accurately. how do i get these tourney summaries to be loaded along with the tourney hands?

thoughts on how to get stats to display instead of just the showdown hands?

ok so long story short: i looked at one of my opponents stats and noticed that they didn't match the dropdown menu. as it turns out, all stats are shifted one position to the left so that the dropdown menu doesn't match the stats displayed. this should be apparent from the log i think...any way to fix this?

The desktop has special permissions and will cause a lot of problems with PokerAce Hud. Change the directory where Full Tilt is saving your hand histories to a different location, such as 'My Documents' and you should not have any issues.
