Drop down stats only work for random players...

I play on Stars with a custom theme and it seems when I click a player to see their drop down stats, usually it doesn't work at all. It works on players sometimes randomly, but not consistently at all.

Also I'm having issues with the mucked cards taking a long time to show up after a hand (sometimes the last board and mucked cards don't show until the flop of the next hand).

Is their some sort of cache that isn't being cleared or something?

Also this is on 6max tables (I don't play anything else). Also I've NEVER been able to right click on the table name and get options. Right clicking does nothing in my pahud table list.

What theme are you using? Does it modify the players seat location? PokerAce Hud will only work with the seats located in their default location which is the case for the overwhelming majority of their themes but I believe one or two may not work. The upcoming PT3 Hud should be able to better accommodate these shifted seats.

Are you using the memory scanner or the hand history method? If you are using the memory scanner, do you have your hand history directory configured as well? Are you moving your processed files via the PokerTracker import window?

All PokerStars 6max tables are automatically detected as 6max therefore there is no right-click -> Treat as 6max option.

Seating is unchanged its just a different look

I believe I use HH method and yes I do move processed HHs via PT.

Try disabling 'flicker free drawing' and see if popup stats work. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerStars, uncheck 'Flicker Free Drawing'.

Also, I recommend switching to the memory scanner which will be a little faster than the hand history method.

What operating system are you using? Vista? If so, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation.

What video card are you using? nVidia? Try disabling any nVidia software that may be installed such as 'nView'.

lol ATI Radeon 9600.

Ive had the program for almost a year and it worked fine for most of it, I don't think it's something with my system.
