Full Tilt - PA will only show one table & not display

Postby waltynz » Thu Apr 03, 2008 4:47 am

hi, hope this is ok, i have searched forum but cant find anything like my issue (touch wood).

Ok, i have been using PAH for a couple of years now and all good till this afternoon my PC crashed. i restarted it and jumped back on to full Tilt, i started both PT and PAH. BUT PAH is now only listing one table (the same table every time if i open that table) and wil NOT display any stats on the table in question....

i read one topic saying that he had to reinstall on Party Poker, so i got the latest patch for both PAH and Full Tilt but still the same(only one table will show)

I have checked that Hand Historyies are listed in the correct place... and they are, so now what ??????

Im running PT 2.17.01g
PAH v1.19.6 beta
Full Tilt 14.0.0.162

can you help me please :)

Is PAH showing as registered?
The trial version only shows stats on 1 table..

If it's not registered, you should just be able to re-enter your licence code, or request a new one from support if you don't know it.

Yes it is registered, thats one thing i thought some how may have happened, but it still doesn't explane why it doesn't display any stats on screen ???? So i uninstalled it anyway , ran the new software and re registered PAH, but no change.

i have read through the following and checked as they require....

1. Make sure you are importing successfully into PokerTracker. (yes)
2. Try turning off any filters you may have set. (i haven't set any so they look like all are default)
3. Make sure the correct databases are being used. (Yes it is)
4. Make sure the players have enough hands to meet the minimum required. (i thought this but they do)

now what???

:)

Enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system[/url37w] so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue. (I am aware it works on a single table, still only log one table).

Tutorial: How to Create a Log File[/url37w]

We will get it working properly for you. :)

Best regards,

Derek
