What Happened?

Postby Kevin J » Sat Apr 05, 2008 8:46 pm

Not sure what I did, but all of a sudden PT switched databases. It defaulted from my SQL to an access db that I didn't even think I had. So I reset the default to my SQL and deleted the access. It seems fixed now, but it bugs me that I don't know why it happened. But in the meantime...

My PokerAce also undefaulted from the SQL database. I fixed that too, but now my popup stats don't work. 'enable popup stats' IS checked. Just to make sure I'm not confusing terminology, what I mean by popup stats is when I hover over a player's stats they pop up. Any ideas how to fix this or what the heck happened? Thanks.

What operating system are you using? Vista?

If so, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation. That should resolve the problem.

Thank you, that did it! I still don't know what caused it to all of a sudden fail, but funny how you knew I was running Vista, huh?

Thanks again!
