Problems with PAHUD freezing at Party Poker

I am still having problems with PAHUD freezing when I play SNGs at Party Poker.

I had a long-running support-case on the old website, which I updated about a month ago and again earlier today, but I just realised, that the old website support system might not be monitored any longer...
