Full Tilt stats not refreshed

Postby tdoomx » Tue Apr 22, 2008 3:08 am

Hello, following situation:
- PokerAce Hud v1.19.6 beta
- Poker Tracker v2.16.03d
- Auto-Center enabled for both PAH and Full Tilt client
- Standard drawing disabled
- Flicker free drawing enabled
- Database cache not in use in PAH
- Layout: 6-max, racetrack

Stats are correctly imported to Poker Tracker, but not refreshed in PAH. If I tick/untick any checkboxes (i.e standard drawing) in the settings and press ok, stats are updated once.
- Tried uninstalling both PAH and Full Tilt client
- Tried all combinations of drawing options

Basically, my problem is the same as this guy's: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthread.php?t=177183 I tried the suggestion to reinstall the applications in safe mode, but didn't help. Do you have any ideas?

NB: everything is working great with partypoker.

Please enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue. We will get it updating properly for you. :)

Tutorial: How to Create a Log File

Thanks for your quick reply, Derek! Ticket created as you requested (id:6611). One last bit of information: When I close the Poker Tracker auto-import while playing, then the latest stats are fetched to the screen as if PA hud is unable to read the data while PT is actively collecting the HHs.
