How to change DB name?

Hi everybody,

i have this:

My question: how can i change the entries under "DB File/DB Name/DSN" ?

Those are the actual names of the databases in the PostgreSQL database, the only way to change them is through the pgAdmin program. Why do you need to do this?

Thanks for your answer.
Actually i'd like to change the name(s) that the name should match with the DB name (unfortunately i haven't thought about it earlier).
I have not found anything in the pgAdmin.
One way could be to make a new DB (with the right name) using the existing DB (with the unwished name) as a template, and afterwards delete the old one.
But there must be a better way, i think...

This is how you have to rename a database

Note that PT will no longer work after this, you will have to go to the File > Maintain Database Names window, click the Add button, enter a new description and in the last field choose "Select existing PostgreSQL database" from the list and then select the newly rename database. You will also need to remove the entry that points to the old db name.
