help with postgresql and PTO

sorry guys, [email protected] was used to buy PTH v2, and PTO was [email protected] (i used my mates credit card this is why this email was used)

I have a record of the PTH payment but not PTO. The only other payment from that other email is for PTH using a Stars xfer and it was made before your PTH payment. What is the product ID from the Help/About Poker Tracker window on your PTO program?
