PTO DB Error SetTrans

I have just moved from Canada to Florida. Today is the 1st time I tried to run PTO. I get the following error.
DBCode: -1 Error Text: DB transaction info not avail.

Call SetTrans or SetTransObjectFunction

It says to send this file to you but I am unable to figure out how, so I am posting here.

Please advise.
