Getting Reg Code for purchasing PTS

Apologies if this is completely the wrong place to be asking this question but-

My free trial of PTS ran out a few days ago and when I try to buy the product I'm asked for a reg code from the "Help/About PokerTracker Window"- presumably the one available within the program display
However, I can't now load the trial version since it just tells me the expiry date has passed- Uninstalling and reinstalling produces the same problem.
How?
