Updated to new version and hud is now working. I couldn't find anything like a patch updater thing, so i just downloaded and installed a new version from the poker tracker website. it asked to save a backup and installed. All of my settings were saved and hand histories still good. plus, the hud now works on fanduel pokerstars.

I can't enter the directories configuration address into the iPoker Network Configuration screen, no typing curser. What's the trick? (no iPoker network skins appear to be installed?)

In PokerTracker 4 under 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> iPoker Network' click 'Add' and in the window that opens you can manually navigate to and then select your FanDuel hand history folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Username}\AppData\Local\PokerStars on FanDuel\data\{Poker Site Username}\History\Data\

The 'AppData' folder is hidden by default in Windows so if you do not see it in your user folder open Windows File Explorer, select 'View > Show', then select 'Hidden' items to view hidden folders.

PS - OK, I found the tourneys and hands BUT only under the "edit tournament results" tab. They don't show on the main database overview page. How can I fix this?

Man, this is so confusing for a non-computer person. OK, I think I have it all set EXCEPT the prize that I won in one of the tournaments, as shown in the edit tournament results tab, does not show on the main database screen. The main database screen shows everything correctly except "my C net won" is zero. Can this be fixed?

For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually:

Guide: Updating Tournament Information Manually

You can also compress the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket so we can check to see if there is enough information there to detect the results.

Slojoeguam…. I had the same problem. I was importing hands but couldn’t see any statistics. On the left side of the statistics page, see if you can change the player name to your name with an ipoker logo. I had two names, one with PokerStars and one with ipoker. When I switched players, my hands and stats appeared!

I was able to copy the hh file address and add it to the iPoker config, but it's not working. No hands are being imported. I'm running v4.18.19
