Problem with Winamax anonymous tables.

Hello PT4 Team, im creating this post because I would like to know if there is a solution to the following problem, for example:

-If Player4 has already played like 40 hands and leaves the table, and inmediatly enter another NEW ONE, the HUD continues to count the hands like the old player.
So, if an 100 VPIP has played 40 hands, and a the new player has 0% VPIP and play 40 hands, I will see an HUD with a total of 80 hands and a 50% VPIP wich is VERY innaccurate.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

It's not currently possible to manually reset an individual players session stats however the session stats for the whole table can be reset via the PT-icon. If you want to be automatically notified if any functionality is added in a future update for incognito tables then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

Hi Flag Hippo! While looking into this topic, I came across this post from 4 years ago. I’d still like to know if there’s any solution to this issue by now.
For example, on Ignition, when one player leaves and another takes their seat, that player’s HUD resets. Is that still not possible on Winamax?

I not certain on the current status of this on Winamax so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with your hand histories from these Winamax anonymous tables:
