Not grabbing all the hands when playing on Stars

i have no issues when starting up after a while it stops grabbing the hands i am having connection issues with Stars locating me in Pa is this why it wont grab all my hands ? any advice to fix ty

That could be interfering with hand history saving but if you are having connection/location issues with the PokerStars client you should contact PokerStars support regarding that.
