888Poker hands not loading

So I'm playing on 888Poker (portuguese and spanish market), I have PT4 configured for both Pokerstars and 888, the hand history folder is setup correctly and I have enabled "get hands while playing", and when looking into import status I see a bunch of the errors you can see in the screenshot attached.

Note that Pokerstars works fine and has always worked fine. Please help

888 updated their poker clients in October and PokerTracker 4 was updated to import the new format of hand histories however the 888.pt client was writing invalid hand histories (see this post) so unfortunately hands from that specific 888 client will not import into PokerTracker 4. As far as I am aware 888.pt have acknowledged the issue and will be fixing it in a future update.
