HUD doesn't show up on the tables only on the replayer

Hello guys,

I'm having problems with pt4 and the HUD on champion poker ( ipoker.com skin). As strange as it sounds, the HUD only appears on the hand replayer of the lobby not on the tables that I'm playing. This means that the route is correct but Idk what fails to display de live HUD.
I've updated my PT to version 4.18.2 which is the highest my license supports and still doesn't work. I've deleted my Data Bases also.

I've someone could help me it would mean a lot.

There have been several releases since PokerTracker v4.18.2 and there have been fixes to address HUD attachment issues after iPoker client updates so that may require you renewing your Annual Support & Maintenance plan and then updating PokerTracker 4 to the latest version. We can also follow up with you on this if you send us your logs so we can confirm that there isn't something else that could be causing the trouble. To do that turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket.
