Unibet (and former "ParionsSport" customers)

Hello.
In France, the room "ParionsSports" which was on iPoker has moved last night to the Unibet soft (an updated version of the soft, as far as I understand).
So, starting today, I use PT4 on the Unibet room.

The import of hands seems to find the history folder, find the hands (and the HUD updates during the session).
But at the end of the game, is does not recognize the buyin, so the games are not correctly imported. Consequence: neither the hands nor the game can be seen in the stats.

Can you please zip/compress your sample of Unibet hand histories and tournament summary files and attach them to a Support Ticket. Also let us know if the games in your client are called 'Power Spin' (as per the filename in your screenshot) or 'Hexapro'.

Consequence: neither the hands nor the game can be seen in the stats.

Make sure you have your new Unibet player selected as the active player and that there are no filters or tags active that would prevent the data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window.

Hello, I'm having trouble saving the HUD position. Some elements aren't positioning correctly on new tables according to the saved layout.

I'm using the Mac version.

There's definitely something to look into.

An alpha version of PokerTracker 4 is now available with initial support for Unibet tournament summaries:

PokerTracker v4.18.19.3704 Alpha - Download

You can continue to use this alpha until the next official update is available. There will also be a tournament detection update soon for the Power Spin tournaments but in the meantime if you experience any import errors or incorrect results please attach your hand history and tournament summaries to a support ticket here.

On my side, I still have issues with this alpha version.
I played 63 games on 03/29/2026, as reported on the website.
I only found 42 files in the Processed folder and PT4 only count 39 games.

I am not sure if the issue came from PT4 or Unibet... :/
