PT4 4.18.20 doesnt work with UNIBET.FR since update

Hello,
UNIBET.FR did an update today and import doesnt work anymore.
Some people said that revert to the previous version fixed the problem.
Can you give me a link to the previous version please ?

So we can follow up with you on this and see if anything has changed on Unibet can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4.

Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

When that file has been saved attach your support bundle and Unibet hand histories to a Support Ticket:

I downloaded the previous version of PT4 but it seems that the probleme come from unibet.

Hi.

I had a reply, and it worked.

There is the issue, and how to solve it:

Unibet have changed the default hand history folder where the hands are saved from:

C:\{Windows Username}\Admin\Documents\Unibet Poker\History\Data

to:

C:\Users\{Windows Username}\Documents\Unibet Poker\History\Exports\Automatic

In PokerTracker 4 go to "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Unibet".

Manually configure the new folder using 'Add'.

Once that is setup click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4 and it should import the hands again.
