Extremely Slow Hand Import in PokerTracker 4 (GG Poker)

Hello,

I reinstalled my computer today and then reinstalled and activated PokerTracker 4. Everything went smoothly during the installation.

However, when I tried to import my previously downloaded GG Poker hand histories, I encountered a problem. The import speed is extremely slow—only about 5 to 7 hands per second—and it occasionally freezes.

Could you please let me know what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it?

Go to 'Database -> Database Management', select 'Housekeeping' and then 'Tune PostgreSQL'. Next rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild' and if that completes successfully try importing your remaining hands again.
