PT4 Slow/Unplayable after postgres upgrade

Hi, i upgraded postgres to 16.13 a few days ago and pt4 no longer works to save hands nor the hud. I keep getting the message "Your are experiencing slow database, please do housekeeping" or something like that. I have tried to do housekeeping (the whole tune, reindex, cluster, full vacuum and rebuild cache) 3 times now on every single one of my databases but nothing seems to work. Here is my support bundle i dont know what else todo, please help.
