Could someone please give me a step by step on how to add the hand histories? I found the folder but they won’t add to the database (Betrivers isn’t a listed site so I’m not sure which to select etc).

You can manually import your BetRivers hand histories into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
