Is this format supported? I currently cant get my hud to work on any all in tables

Yes it is supported and this is working for me. Are your hands importing? Without that the HUD will not work. Please check your settings:

If you have any further trouble turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table for a few hands with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active. Take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket:

Nothing is importing, MTTs work fine but PT4 doesnt even see my active all-in tables. I'll try the steps you mentioned and raise a support ticket if not, thanks

Is everything configured correctly? Are you getting import errors? If so what do they say? What version of PokerTracker 4 are you using?

Using latest version, pt4 cannot even see all-in tables as active, i get absolutely nothing, no hud, no errors.

Have been using pt4 for years for mtts, never had an issue. It just doesnt recognise the all in tables at all

In that case please open a ticket where we can review your logs and follow up with you.
