Pokerstars on Betfair

Hi I have updated PT4 to the latest version to get the pokerstart on betfair update but i am unable to get it to work. Any ideas how to configure?

In the PokerStars on Betfair client make sure the option to save hand histories and tournament summaries is turned on via 'Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History/Tournament Summaries'. The default folders are:

C:\Users\Windows Username\AppData\Local\Betfair.UK\HandHistory\

C:\Users\Windows Username\AppData\Local\Betfair.UK\TournSummary\

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars' and click 'Auto Detect' or you can manually add those folders above.

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and after taking a seat you should see your hands being imported.

Been having issues with Stars on Betfair as well. I set up hand histories as recommended, even tried to manually import them file by file, but under "View Import Status" it says "unrecognized file format". The files are just .txt, but I'm guessing there's some parsing error due to BF saving hands differently?

What version of PokerTracker 4 are you using? If you are not using PokerTracker v4.19 please update:

Support for PokerStars on Betfair was added with the release of PokerTracker v4.19 and these hands will not import into earlier versions.
