PT4 problem

Hey, can someone help me fix my PT4. I have a Macbook Pro.

1. Whenever i open PT4, all my hand history under 'Hands Summary' is reset.
2. There has never been any hand history under 'My Hands'.
3. My HUD works but it reset after each session. What i mean is that every time i play, player's HUD from past sessions do not show up. It shows a new HUD with stats/hands: 0.

4. I also have problems understanding 'Import status', the difference between import hands and duplicate hands?

It sounds like you may not have the importer set up correctly - please read the configuration guide for your site here.
To view your full stats go to the View Stats page - the View Today's Hands page under Play Poker doesn't have your full list of hands.
The Hud shows your own (hero) stats from the current table, but opponents' stats should be lifetime - however, you won't see stats on other players unless you have played them before and imported the hands into PT4. If you've just started using PT4 you may not have any hands on your opponents yet - these will build up pretty quickly if you play regularly though.
