Personal results graph is still mismatching hand data

As you can see by this graph, the graph line for my C ends up at -$130 but the information box shows my C as -$102.

This is not the worse: there are hands missing. I'm pretty sure towards the end of the session there was a big hand where I folded at least 35BB - and this hand is not shown in the graph.

I'm opening a ticket and sending the HH from yesterday. But I'm getting really worried since I've done it before, you've said you went through the HH and they were fine. I'm 100% sure they are not and there are hands missing, and this never happened before with PT3 or any other tracking program.

I've checked the import folder for 888 and it's empty, that means all HH were moved to PT4's processed. But if these hands are not in the files I'm sending, then there is def. something that makes hands go missing between 888's HH and PT4 moving them. I know this souds weird but what can I do? I know I've played hands that are not imported into PT4 at all.

Sorry guys,

We had an open ticket about this subject already, but about the other day when I noticed a wrong graph and hands missing. It's id=115552

So this I opened now is sort of a continuation. It's the same problem, keeps happening. And now I'm really worried these hands are missing for good from the database/HH.

Oh well, and this is obv not feature request; I posted in the wrong secction. Apologies again.

It's ok we'll be continuing to look into it, though due to the holidays do not expect new releases with fixes until next week.
