Requests / Suggestions for PT4

Apolagises if these have been mentioned or are already in PT4

1) Say you finish one session at 6.30 and start a new one at 6.55PM but it would consider it the same session dramatically affecting your hourly rate. Thus have the option to set a time to differentiate between sessions

2) Akin to how holdem and omaha have been "merged" have the ability to do this with MTTS; since if you play both MTT and cash you need them both in one interface; to get he correct hourly rate. Otherwise you play an MTT for 5 hours and cash games for three; all withing those five MTT-hours but poker tracker would consider that 8 hours

3) In case we need it ; i remember an issue where your multi entry tournaments HUD stats would average out across the tables instead of being what they are for each table

4) Having more options for searches like "yesterday" "last week" etc very simple to do i would assume and it can save the user so much time

5) Some how make it easier to troubleshoot/ send reports for errors etc. May be a more automatited service like an option to boot in loggin mode, which you have already and then a button for upload all the required files/docs directly to PT4 server?

6) Having "streets" tabs; like the one we have with positions, where we can see how much we win / loose, our VPIP, TAF etc is for each street along side with other usual information; thus making PT4 more user friendly and not having to be good at SQL and having to make up our own reports. Or make it much easier to make own reports; make it more automated like fewer steps plus you can make a help video files to illustrate how to go through it step by step. This may seem like hard work but it should save you guys time since people wont have to post on the forum as much?

1) We use the same session separation time as PokerStars and several other large sites, and I do not anticipate this changing. Your breaks are part of your poker "day", though - you need to take breaks to keep your concentration, etc, and that is all part of your hourly rate. If you're generally playing fairly long sessions this isn't a major factor, and you need to include breaks if you're thinking about predicted win rates, etc.

2) You can now see a graph of your combined cash and tournament results (under the Graphs tab), but that doesn't show your hourly rate. I'm not sure what will be possible there but I'll mention it to the development team.

3) Do you mean that you want your own stats to reset when you are moved to a new table in an MTT? That hasn't been changed, and I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement since we only store the tournament number in the database, not information about the table number you were at.

4) You can define those as quick filters - click More Filters and set up the filter you want, and then at the bottom of the window save it as a quick filter. You can then access it directly from the dropdown in the sidebar on the left.

5) These kind of options have been discussed, and we have an automated crash-dump upload now, but I'm not sure what else will be added.

6) A "streets" report is an interesting idea - I'll mention it to the development team and see what they think.

The custom reports now have an option to add default stats to a report to get you going, and you can create a basic report in a couple of clicks for a few different scenarios. Have you looked at the options when you click "Next" instead of "Finish" on the New Report Wizard?
What else would you like it to do for you? If you have some suggestions of useful functionality it may be added.

We will have help videos built in - you can already see the video icon on several reports, although the videos themselves haven't been added yet as we're concentrating on getting the functionality finished and working first.
