Lower opacity until mouse over

I really like this option for the HUD, however i would like to have a choice as to the opacity level when you do not mouse over. the way it's set now the stats are basically unreadable unless you mouse over it. i would love to have the stats dimmer, yet still readable, and then take focus when i mouse over it. an option to be able to select what opacity you want woudl be great

You can already do this - you configure the "lower opacity" value in the HUD Options, via the Hud menu.
