To do Top Pair or Higher on the River you'd want Hand Values -> Made Hands -> Two Pair on River, ... -> Three of a Kind on River, ... -> Straight on River, ... -> Flush on River, ... -> Full House on River, ... -> Four of a Kind on river, ... -> Straight Flush on River - that gives you everything higher than one pair.
Then just add top pair with Hand Values -> Made Hands -> One Pair -> One Pair on River Using One Hole Card Top Pair.
One thing that may help your thinking: The "Using" value refers just to how many cards are part of that one pair. So if the board is A273J and you have AK you are using one hole card - the A. Even though your Kicker plays since it's not part of the pair, we don't count it as being "used" for this purpose. It's only the cards that make your hand the group it is (one pair, two pair, three of a kind), kickers don't count for this purpose.
