but its doesnt work in custom stat
EXTRACT(DOW FROM timezone('UTC', tourney_summary.date_start + INTERVAL '0 HOURS')) = 2

There is a 'Tournament Start Time Groupings' custom report in the Download Warehouse which includes a stat for the day of the week.
