Track Villian action with HUD

Hello does anyone know how to show in the HUD the actions the villain is taking during the hand? Like this guy has in his HUD.

PokerTracker 4 doesn't track hands in progress so statistics like that which are based on the current hand being played are not available by default.

Ok ty so how can I track the current hand? Do i need another program? Which?

Unfortunately I don't know what's being used in your screenshot but if you are playing on PokerStars I believe there is a program called StarsCaption which can display opponents actions during a hand.
